Linda S. M. (Procaccini) dos Santos graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelors of Science degree. While there, she majored in Agricultural Engineering, minored in Mathematics, and took Advanced Physics courses just for the pure joy of it. She taught at the University of Connecticut, managed property for CTDOT, is a licensed real estate broker for over 34 years, a Designated REALTOR, a retired residential real estate appraiser. As a member of the International Rights of Way Association (IRWA), she has held numerous elected offices. From 1997-2001, CT Chapter 23 Secretary, Vice President, President-Elect, and President in 2001; from 2000-2004, International Asset Management Committee Region 4 Representative, and Co-Vice Chair in 2002; New England Chapter 16 Asset Management Chairperson in 2005, and Membership Chair for 2006 - 2008. She has volunteered for 23 years at the Greater CT Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and a member of the MS Walk Planning Committee from 2002-2005. She was the Volunteer Coordinator for the Holiday Celebration at The Children’s Home in Cromwell, CT. She received the 2007 IRWA Certificate of Appreciation for her personal contribution to the Right of Way profession. Proudly, Mr. and Mrs. dos Santos have just become the grandparents of Nathan Tyler Burres born on June 4, 2007.
